HP has negotiated deep discounts for your PWR Tools based on the volume created by a pool of participating partners. The discounts are dramatic: up to 80 percent savings depending on the campaign and the quantity you select.

2. Call verified contact databases
You supply information on your market and the audience you wish to reach, including the specific title(s) of decision-makers you want to sell to. HP's designated vendor for PWR Tools, Bazzirk, Inc., will pull the targeted contacts from HP-supplied databases, will work with you to eliminate current customers from the list, and will call verify the contact information.
If you choose, you can supply your own database (or any number of contacts you choose) for use in the program. Your database MUST include full information for each contact (name, title, company, complete physical address, phone number). Bazzirk will call verify the contact information.
3. PWRplay materials
Materials include a premium (see below) with the HP logo and the prospect's name, a four color label on the box personalized for the prospect, and a large four color brochure that includes personalization for the prospect along with a call to action to agree to take a meeting by going to a web capture page. To get the remote control for the premium, the prospect must agree to take a meeting with your sales force
4. Automated lead management
When a prospect responds to your PWRplay, a person you designate will receive an eMail notification. That is your cue to go online to your secure PWRline lead management pages (see example in screen shot), where you will view all your leads in real time. You can click on the name of any lead and see that lead's contact data. You can also view the overall response rate to your PWRplay at that moment and download all the data from your leads in an Excel file that can be uploaded into your CRM or Contact Management System. You will see only your leads and other participating partners will see only their leads.
5. Premium
The premium offered in this edition of PWR Tools is a remote control NASCAR-style racer (pictured). The car will carry the HP logo and will be personalized for the prospect with their name. Remote control cars of various kinds have been widely tested in PWRplays and have produced response rates between 38 and 64 percent, with an average response rate just under 50 percent.
A wide variety of premiums-including tech gadgets such as PDAs, GPS devices, and digital cameras, dinners, books, trips, golf clubs, and other items-have been tested in PWRplay programs, dating back to the mid 1990's. A remote control car is being used for this edition of PWR Tools because remote control vehicles and devices are currently drawing the highest and most reliable average response.
